Items Require for making Chicken dry fry
Preparation (Method)
Take karai.
Put mustard oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Once it start crackle put onion and fry it.
Put ginger, garlic, green chili & fry it.
Put chicken, tomato, salt, haldi & cook.
Once the chicken is done put lemon juice.
Turn off the flame put garam masala powder
Serve hot with Roti/Tandoori/Rice. .

- Chicken 500g
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Cut all this ingredient in 1 inch long and thin pieces - ginger
- garlic
- 2 medium onion
- 2 green chilli
- 1 medium sized tomato
- Garam Masala powder
- 2 tbs Lemon Juice
